This mechanism helps in capturing small and light particles. When
dust -laden air passes through the air filters, the small particles
are unable to accurately follow the air streamlines. Instead, they
bump against the air molecules making them to follow an erratic
motion know as Brownian movement.This increase the possibility of
the particles coming into contact with the filter fibers hence
getting trapped.
Interception Effect:
--In this filtration mechanism, dust particles of less than 1 micron
are filtered out. Usually, dust particles that follow the air
streams are intercepted by the filter fibers and dislodged from the
air streams because of the forces of attraction between the dust
and the filter fibers.
PRODUCT FEATURE:
1. The HEPA filters have a minimum resistance of 18 pa and can
successfully filter out large amounts of dust with a very high
degree of filtration precision. This makes them suitable for a
variety of air conditioning models.
2. High adsorption capacity-The HEPA filter utilizes 5 mechanisms
through which it binds the particles against the filtration
surface.The mechanisms used are the inertia effect, interception
effect, electrostatic effect, screening effect and diffusion
effect.
3. The filters are designed in such a way as to meet different air
volume requirements, specifications resistance and filtration
efficiency.
4. The HEPA filters can b e made from domestic or imported material
depending on the performance requirements.
